Within its Image Pole, Hangars Numériques is developing a research center in Animated Dance. A unique support and accompaniment system for multidisciplinary artists in the field, the center offers: an unique platform for specialized study and research, a dedicated festival, discovery workshops for all audiences, artistic residencies, productions and co -productions.
Created and experienced since 2008, the project explores the transition from the dancing body to the image. The laboratory is open to amateurs as well as dance and image professionals. He is also experimenting with a playful approach with children. Articulated around dance, the center is designed in close collaboration with the Music Pole, also developed by the association since 2014.
By acting at all stages of the production of an animated dance, Hangars Numériques aims to promote new creations and the emergence of the field in all its forms.
