Hangars Numériques deploys a strong focus on inclusive digital mediations in order to allow different audiences to better understand digital in its cultural but also social dimension. Structure authorized by Aidant Connect by the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion, we develop digital uses in Reunion and help residents to better train themselves as part of the process of dematerialization of public services. Considering art and digital culture as a powerful vector for social inclusion and development, our proposals also workshops allow us to offer everyone the keys to digital appropriation. It is important for us to emphasize that the association & audiences come from all cultural and social backgrounds.

In order to participate in the construction of a local digital inclusion policy, Hangars Numériques guarantees human support for all audiences who, for various reasons, cannot complete their online procedures.

Our mediators are authorized to carry out administrative procedures online on behalf of users while guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of personal data. Thanks to the creation of a delegation mandate, we are able to provide a solution that is both technical and legal for people in difficulty with digital tools*.

These sessions aim to reduce the digital divide and support people in their appropriation of digital technologies (devices, applications, tools, etc.)

Our workshops aim to understand the basics but also the challenges of digital technology in our social and professional life. We may be required here to highlight certain digital resources specific to different audiences (online educational resources, administrative platforms, etc.)
