Animated Dance is a genre of expression in dance that articulates with the visual arts. Its processes, plural,  explore the transition from the dancing body to the image and go hand in hand with specific approaches to study, theoretical research and practice.

In the form of choreographic animations, these productions call on both traditional and digital techniques.Audiences approach them in two or three dimensions, via videography, installation devices or stage performances.

From representations to the most experimental and inclusive forms, animated dance allows spectators to apprehend and discover dances in a different way, as close as possible to the imagination and language of the bodies that carry them.
